SOLUTIONS FOR INTRALOGISTICS
The solutions we offer for intralogistics are used for remote monitoring and diagnostics of forklifts. These systems support logistics processes and safety functions. Dedicated products:
- ZEUS PORT/MACHINE – a system for remote diagnostics and monitoring of special vehicles, including loaders and cranes. It also makes it possible to supervise maintenance work.
- ZEUS FORKLIFT – a system used for diagnostics and remote monitoring of warehouse vehicles, including forklifts. Its modular design allows any configuration and compilation in the application of all the functionality required by the customer.
- APOLLO PROTECT – a system used to detect the presence of a person or vehicle near another vehicle or in a specific zone. It enables employees to ensure their safety while performing their daily work.
- APOLLO ASSIST – a system that supports the forklift operator during operation. Designed for use with LINDE type 2 double stacking forklifts, APOLLO ASSIST activates audible signals when any part of the operator’s body is outside the cabin. Action can then be taken to prevent a dangerous incident.
- APOLLO BTLight – this is a device that is used in the order picking process. It emits light signals indicating where the product is to be placed. We install the device in forklifts and order picking trucks, among others.
- MERCURY AUDIO – a controller that allows the generation and playback of audio messages. It is possible to define playback control signals, as well as create custom script programs.
