ZEUS FORKLIFT
ZEUS FORKLIFT is a system belonging to the ZEUS family of solutions. It is used for diagnostics and remote monitoring of warehouse vehicles, including forklifts. It takes into account the specific characteristics of the monitored vehicles and can be integrated with already installed systems.
The modular structure of the ZEUS FORKLIFT system allows it to be freely configured and put together all the functionality required for a given application, according to the requirements and needs of the customer. A single interface provides information on multiple subsystems and allows effective monitoring of the vehicle. This also affects the final cost reduction of the product.
Construction of the ZEUS FORKLIFT system
The ZEUS FORKLIFIT system consists of:
- Zeus Core – this is a device with software that is responsible for control, communication and access (immobilizer) functions.
- Zeus Server – this is a server-based communication software and database engine, used for data acquisition and archiving.
- Zeus Management Application – this is an application using a web browser. It allows access to vehicle data from anywhere (using a computer or smartphone).
The main module of the ZEUS FORKLIFT system allows remote viewing of the status of vehicles, registration of defined and signals, as well as generation of reports and statistics in the form of tables or charts. The system can be expanded with additional modules, such as:
- Service modules – allow reporting of defects, delegation and reporting of service work, and reminders of upcoming service work.
- Access control modules – allow you to control access to the forklift, control working hours and manage the rights of individual users.
- Safety modules – warn when a dangerous situation occurs. They work with laser, crash and weight sensors.
